When our client bought this condominium, it had been seriously neglected for many years – chain smoking, un-caged guinea pig and rabbit waste, and piled up trash. On taking possession, our client was immediately served with a notice to clean it up, or else! After we removed two truckloads of garbage, we removed everything except the walls and started from scratch. We installed all new tile flooring, maple cabinets, granite countertops, and fixtures. Our clients are so pleased with their freshly remodeled home.
